This is my #1 go-to juice because of the beautiful color and delicious taste. It's the perfect combination of greens and is ultra-hydrating for the body.
- 1 organic English cucumber
- 1 bunch of organic Swiss chard
- 1 organic green or red apple (I prefer Fuji)
- Juice of 1/2 organic lemon
- 1/4" to 1/2" inch peeled organic ginger, depending on your preference
- 3 stalks of organic celery
Wash all fruit and vegetables. Juice with your favorite juicer on the high setting.
I prefer to juice a little extra that I keep tightly closed in mason jars to drink the next day. And remember, it's always best to consume fresh juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach so you can absorb the most nutrients.
