Perfectly Purple Protein Shake

This rich colored shake was surprisingly beautiful when I prepared it. Blue and purple fruits are high in antioxidants, which helps to fight inflammation and disease. Try this easy shake, great for on-the-go or post work out.


  • Handful of organic blackberries, approximately 5-8
  • 10oz-12oz milk of your choice, or homemade almond mylk
  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds

Blend ingredients in blender until smooth.
