WHAT IS A HEALTH COACH?
As a health coach, I help clients gain a bigger holistic picture of their health. Many times, an imbalance in one area of your life will manifest itself in other areas. For example, think about someone who goes to a high stress job everyday, who then turns to food or alcohol for comfort or stress release (hence weight gain). Therefore, I work to help people bring forth positive and sustainable lifestyle improvements. I will provide constant support as your accountability coach as we work to improve your health and well-being. As your Health Coach, we will work together to set goals, implement simple changes and work through challenges.
