As someone who has worked for 15 years in a corporate setting, I know first-hand how stressful and unhealthy it can be. Afternoon runs to the snack machine, coffee and sweets just to make it to the end of the day. 

Employee productivity can dramatically increase when healthy options are given and healthy choices are made throughout the day. We all know the feeling of the 3 o'clock slump. Just think, most employees are least productive for the last 3 hours of the day. That's 15 hours a week, 60 hours a month, 720 hours a year of non-productivity!

Employees deserve to keep their bodies performing at optimal levels. Learning stress management tools and making healthy lifestyle choices will help employees to be more focused and productive. When more employees learn and practice healthy habits it means less doctor visits. And less doctor visits mean less money is spent on healthcare.
