Irene Mui Wellness is an integrative and holistic
health coaching service, helping people
achieve their optimal health.
As a Certified Health Coach, I work with busy individuals who need support in achieving their health goals. I help people focus on managing their weight and creating healthy lifestyle habits. My approach is working one-on-one with individuals to develop a simple plan of action to create positive and sustainable habits. The result? A healthy and energized body and a balanced mind.
WORKING WITH ME

We can all use support in our lives to help us go further. My approach includes three key components to create a successful health journey tailored to your needs.

Meet Irene
Throughout my life, I took the straight and safe path- do well in school, get a good job, make decent money and get married. And I did just that. I pursued a successful corporate career in marketing, working at major entertainment companies. Life was perfect on the outside, but on the inside, I was a falling apart. I was extremely unhappy and unfulfilled at work. Working in New York City for nearly 20 years was extremely taxing and stressful. I was getting burnt out at work while my marriage was crumbling to pieces at home.

Despite everything that you hear about thinking and dreaming big, I urge you to THINK SMALL.
Yes, THINK SMALL.
Many studies show that people tend to learn the quickest in small chunks. How many of us, come warmer weather, say "Starting Monday, I'm going to hit the gym everyday, bring my lunch to work, and drink 10 glasses of water each day!" I know I have. But the truth is, for me, that lasted about 3 days and I would get overwhelmed and on the brink of just giving up. Why? Because I was trying to accomplish too much at once. I needed to think smaller!
