If you are always on the go and have a hard time eating an easy and nutritious meal/snack, this is the perfect recipe for you. Papayas have a lovely soft texture, are not overly sweet and aids in digestion.
½ of papaya, cut lengthwise
1 cup of 2% plain Greek yogurt
½ cup of hemp granola
Scoop out seeds of half of the papaya ( you can save the other half by wrapping in plastic wrap and placing in air tight container). Fill the inside of the papaya with the plain Greek yogurt and top with granola.
