Avocado Toast, Egg and Microgreens

After a night of sleeping and fasting, it is so important to have a nutritious breakfast to get our metabolism going. This breakfast is the perfect combination of complex carbs, protein and healthy fats.


1 slice Ezekiel bread

½ avocado

1 or 2 eggs

Handful of microgreens (I used kale)

Pepper to taste


1.     Toast slice of bread in toaster oven.

2.     Cook 1 or 2 eggs any way you like. I prefer mine over easy.

3.     Spread avocado on toasted bread. Top with egg, microgreens and pepper.
