Fall = Pumpkins. It's that simple. Rather than turning to pumpkin pie to get your fix, how about a pumpkin pie protein smoothie? It's delicious, creamy and loaded with vitamin A.
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 12oz milk of your choice or homemade almond mylk
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
